With over 15+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, 7 years as a Medical Massage Practitioner, and 4 years as a Master Body Contouring Specialist. Michelle has built a reputation for delivering results-driven treatments rooted in both science and holistic care. She also specializes in sports stretching and PNF stretching, techniques designed to restore mobility, improve flexibility, and optimize overall body performance. Michelle’s journey in therapeutic massage began in Maitland, Florida where she developed and provided specialized therapeutic bodywork focused on recovery from accidents, injuries, and physical trauma. During this time, she worked closely alongside Doctor of Physical Therapy, chiropractors, and medical doctors, gaining an advanced understanding of the body, muscular health, lymphatic circulation, and the critical role of recovery in long-term wellness. This clinical foundation naturally evolved into a passion for Manual lymphatic drainage, body contouring and non-invasive sculpting techniques, allowing Michelle to help clients refine their shape while supporting overall wellness.
