Welcome to The Body Sculpt Lounge. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients.

2. Services Disclaimer

The Body Sculpt Lounge provides non-invasive body sculpting, massage therapy, and wellness treatments designed to enhance appearance and promote overall well-being.

Results may vary from person to person depending on body type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any treatment, especially if they have underlying medical conditions.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • All services are by appointment only.
  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of their session.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without price adjustment.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

5. Packages & Payments

  • Service packages (e.g., 3 or 6 sessions) must be used within a reasonable timeframe as advised by your specialist.
  • All sales are final. Packages and services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications prior to treatment.

You may be refused service if:

  • You have contraindicated medical conditions
  • You are pregnant (for certain treatments)
  • You fail to provide accurate health information

7. Treatment Expectations

While we aim to deliver visible and satisfying results, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

8. Conduct & Environment Policy

To maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere:

  • Children and pets are not permitted during service hours.
  • Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

9. Memberships & Promotions

Memberships, discounts, and promotional offers (including first-time client offers) are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

10. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept:

  • All treatments are performed at your own risk
  • The Body Sculpt Lounge is not liable for any adverse reactions if medical conditions were not disclosed
  • You agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions
