Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we kindly ask that you communicate with The Body Sculpt Lounge as soon as possible if you are running late. Should flexibility be available, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Out of respect for all clients and scheduled appointments, we ask that you arrive on time for your session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and may forfeit their appointment deposit.

No-Show Policy
Failure to show without notice may result in loss of deposit and/or refusal of future bookings.

The Body Sculpt Lounge maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We kindly ask that all clients conduct themselves in an appropriate and courteous manner during all interactions and appointments.
Any inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful behavior — including verbal, physical, suggestive, or sexual misconduct — will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services without refund. The Body Sculpt Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who violates these professional standards.
